Organizational Leadership Programs

We specialize in implementing tailored, company-wide leadership programs that transform organizational culture and enhance performance. Based on Systems Theory, we address cultural transformation focusing on the dynamics within the individuals of a team. Through a combination of team coaching, tailored workshops, training sessions, and ongoing support and implemented across 6-12 months, we help leaders at all levels develop the skills and insights necessary to lead effectively in today's complex business environment.

1:1 Leadership Development

We provide personalized leadership coaching designed to help leaders maximize their potential and enhance their leadership skills. These sessions focus on the Outer Game: increasing effectiveness in their leadership process and their leadership competencies and the Inner Game: maturing their leadership consciousness. By empowering leaders, we enable them to drive cultural evolution and increase their overall impact.

At the start of the program, leaders take the Leadership Circle Profile assessment or provide their most recent organizational assessment. This allows the coach and coachee to collaboratively identify key areas for development and tailor the coaching process to address these specific needs.

We collaborate with top-tier coaches to ensure a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment, fostering meaningful growth and development.

Team Coaching

Team Coaching transforms team performance. Our expert facilitators, skilled in group processes, use a science-based systemic approach to improve team dynamics and ensure objectives are met.

We address key areas such as conflict management, goal alignment, siloed working, dysfunctional processes, change management or multicultural issues, to foster a more cohesive and effective team.

Typically, team coaching sessions are facilitated over two full days every three months.
